Pat Ayers has developed a successful, award-winning real estate business by providing her clients with superior customer service, excellent marketing knowledge, and a sincere dedication to creating life-long relationships. As a broker associate and co-owner of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek, Pat has been at the top of the real estate game since earning her license in 1984. Today, she is regarded among the most respected real estate professionals in Colorado.
Pat is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the Denver Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Roundtable recognizing superior sales production throughout her distinguished career. Prior to real estate, she has been a teacher, social worker, art gallery owner, and a Wyoming outfitter. Her Colorado and Wyoming heritage spans five generations, and she will spin tales of the Old West at a moment’s notice. This diverse background has served Pat well in the real estate business, especially enhancing her ability to build friendships and serve as a tenacious advocate for her clients.
Pat earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate. Pat has served on the board of directors of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek and is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Giving back to the community that has fueled her successful career is one of Pat’s many admirable characteristics. She is involved with several non-profit organizations, most recently as a board member of the Kepner Educational Excellence Program, which is dedicated to conquering generational poverty through a multitude of approaches. Pat is also involved with various arts, cultural, health and educational organizations throughout metro Denver. These affiliations has helped her find numerous and highly desirable “pocket” communities that enhance the cultural experiences of Denver.
When not serving the diverse real estate needs of her clients, Pat enjoys art, traveling, education, cooking, photography, and the great outdoors, including skiing, cross-country, snowmobile tours, and golf. She also enjoys small town parades, local rodeos, and outdoor concerts in the mountains. Pat is the proud mother of two adult daughters, Ann and Katy, and enjoys all the benefits of being the grandmother of three.
Pat’s business philosophy is based on “Listening” to her client’s needs and desires in order to create win/win transactions. She works diligently to find special homes that complement a client’s personality and individual needs. When selling homes, Pat utilizes innovative channels that provide maximum exposure for the property, thus maximizing activity and a subsequent timely sale.
